In comibination with the hydraulic
vacuum laying unit HVE, the VM becomes a
perfect slab laying machine. Even very large
slabs with rough or porous surface are handled
carefully and securely by the HVE. |

In order to manually lay 80 sqm for 8
hours per day you need two hard-working
paving installers. If you already have an
excavator with the conventional two
hydraulic circuits you just attach the Probst
hydraulic installation clamp HVZ-uni ROBOGRIP.
Therewith your excavator operator
effortlessly lays 400 sqm of pavers per 8
hour day. This is 5 times more compared to
the job the two workmen can deliver. The
few steps for mounting the installation
clamp to the excavator and the setting of
the clamp according to the size of the layer
considering tabular defaults do not carry
any weight. The excavator operator paves
from his driver’s seat automatically and in
optimum laying quality. This overstrains
neither the excavator driver nor the excavator
nor the HVZ-uni ROBOGRIP. |

An enormously important part of paver
installation is the filling of the joints with
sand. Only when the joints are filled completely
and durable with sand the pavement
is stable for a long time. Functional loads are
then distributed to a bigger surface, then the
pavement is durable and stable for a long
time. |

The ST 180 is a versatile bucket for different
works. It can even distribute all kinds of
spreading material up to a graining of
100 mm. Therefore this bucket distributes
quickly and exactly also for example
chipping, gravel, peat or topsoil. |

This design allows an individual configuration
of equipment depending on the requirements.
Basis equipment is the sweeping Machine
KM-uni. It has top performance in filling joints
with chipping or sand as well as in cleaning surfaces.
For water flushing the KM-uni is completed
with the Water Flushing Attachment ESV. In
case water is not available from the hydrant via
a water hose, a water tank can be quickly added
to the base unit. |

Using the leverage of the adjustable excentrical
lever, slabs and pavers can be split precisely
and quickly. Different versions are available
dependant on cutting length and cutting
height. They come with a square blade, which
is turned on its edge, giving you a total of 4
sharp cutting edges. The types AL 33/S and AL
43/S come with special segmental teeth, which
allow you to cut clay bricks and natural stone. |

Road construction requires sometimes installation of gutters along kerbs. Often times large paving blocks are installed in lean concrete
to form this gutter. To do this, the lean concrete has to be screeded to a certain level, taking the top of the kerb stones as reference.
The width of the screeded lean concrete depends on the width of the gutter.
It is very time-consuming to do this screeding work to the correct level. |

Reduce costs by optimising flow
of materials
Extensive studies of working with natural
stone show that there are still enormous
savings to be made in the flow of materials. It
has been established that the hoists currently
in use are designed mainly for extremely
heavy loads – yet approximately 90% of
natural stone products which need to be
handled or moved are under 200 kg in
weight. It follows, therefore, that the used
crane systems – such as chains or cables – are
too cumbersome, too slow and also extremely
uneconomic. To speed up the working process,
cost-intensive, heavy manual work is an
